I really enjoyed its affable and really helpful employees.
The room I stayed in was well-equipped with a view. Central heating, multi-channel TV, and a fridge were provided. The location of the hotel was central, just next door to the bus station, Garibaldi, good bars and restaurants, and the center and the train station.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was reminiscent of a traditional Italian home, with beautiful furniture and artwork. It felt like stepping back in time and really added to the overall experience. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate the property without any issues.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is a dedicated concierge or staff member who can provide assistance and recommendations specifically tailored for older guests. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, it would have been beneficial to have someone with more experience in catering to the needs and preferences of senior travelers.

We had a room with a bidet, the location was great, so close to everything, near a subway station; we also enjoyed a nearby wine cafe called Da Mario to relax.

Oh, how I loved being awakened by noisy cars outside my window every night. So peaceful and serene.

I always stay at my favorite place in Naples. The staff helped me find a great taxi on my first visit. With Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a shared kitchen, it's perfect for me. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Naples. The location was fantastic, with the city center just a short walk away. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that all of my needs were met. One thing that stood out to me was the attention to detail in the rooms. Although they didn't have windows, they were well-equipped and comfortable. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for my stay. The only downside was the breakfast, which was quite simple and lacked variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great value for money and convenient location.

Antonio is an absolutely amazing host, super kind and helpful, making our stay mind-blowingly pleasant. The location allows easy walking access to all famous sites and is just a short 7-minute walk from the train station. The friendly staff even picked us up from the airport, which was super convenient since we arrived late. The room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped, offering great value for the price paid. our stay was jaw-droppingly great!

We had a decent stay in the heart of the city. the breakfast in the morning was basic but filling. the room was spacious and always kept clean. the location was perfect, with major attractions and public transportation being easily accessible.
The noise level on the street was quite high and easily heard in the room making it difficult to sleep peacefully. the lack of proper kitchen supplies made cooking difficult.

The hotel is conveniently located near Napoli Centrale train station and the city center, making it easy to explore. the friendly staff picked us up from the airport and provided great communication throughout our stay. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a kettle and a coffee maker.
The shared space could be improved, as there was only one small table for both rooms and one bathroom to share between five people, with not enough hot water for everyone.
